Shinrin-yoku, much more than a mindful walk in the woods.

Practicing Mindfulness in nature, especially Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bathing, has proven to be a valuable preventative medicine method, but beyond medical research findings there is a major intangible component of this practice which is the foundation of our peace of mind and spirit.
