Uniting the theoretical axes of BMT (Body in Mind Training), by Dr Tamara Russell and Compassion-Focused Therapy Dr.Paul Gilbert, the authors build the language of the three dragons, bringing neuroscience to the childhood and family imagination, enabling the formulation of mental constructs and healthy habits for young patients and their parents. A pleasant and intelligent way to overcome emotional difficulties and find healthy solutions to the stresses of development and family life.
