A wonderful opportunity to experience dance with an experienced Mindful and Compassion Teacher and Community Dancer.
Angie’s 45-minute session sparks a curiosity in participants and facilitates everyone’s ability to really sense into their bodies and explore how they truly need to move, moment to moment, with kindness and non-judgement. A safe space for exploration to empower people to understand more about themselves and their connection with others through their experience of music and dance. Expect a warm welcome from Angie and the MindfulnessUK Team, some laughter, joy, positivity, happiness, ease, excitement and whatever else arises!
