Tony Langford


Tony is at the forefront of research into how the creative arts, music and technology can have a demonstrable beneficial impact on mental health. His work looks at how shifting fixed perspectives, developing resilience and generating empathy and compassion all interact to improve well-being. Tony has researched some of the latest immersive technologies to explore how to broaden awareness and respond to challenges from a more spacious perspective. He has trained in the ‘Body in Mind’ Neurocognitive Model and runs workshops for parents and children. He is developing a programme of ‘Dads Dragons’ training for mindful communication across generations.
