Lindon, founder of 7th Breath, developed a training system for those committed to cultivating radiant health and longevity, through transforming the energetic structures of the body and mind.
The practise of breathing, meditation and Dao Yin (Tai Chi Yoga) offer a clear approach to the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of Taoist practise, demonstrating why they are important and work together in the cultivation of mental peace. The 7th Breath system of training incorporates methods alongside techniques evolved and refined over centuries of practical applications found in disciplines such as Dao Yin, Qi Gong, Nei Gong and Nei Dan. They allow you to achieve incredible structural alignment, balance, strength and agility.
The movements in the exercises are designed to stimulate the flow of “Chi” (energy) through the direction of intent; transforming tissue, blood and bone. When “Chi” flows smoothly it promotes optimum health and a rapid recovery.
Lindon comes from a Mind/Body-awareness background as a professional dancer, qualified body worker and Psychotherapist.
He has dedicated 30 years to the study, practise and development of the full potential of the human being. He studied in China with Master Wang Zhuang Hong and in the UK with Serge Augier. At the age of 51 he competed and won the British Heavyweight Gold Medal for Tai Chi Fixed Step Push Hands and held the title for 3 consecutive years (2012-2014).
Lindon’s unique ability to sense and feed back what is happening in the body, helps to articulate key changes as they happen, enabling the body and mind to release its innate internal intelligence and power.
He teaches regular classes, provides 1-to-1 sessions and therapeutic coaching from the 7th Breath centre in South-East London. He also runs workshops and retreats in the UK and Europe.
