As a clinical psychologist, martial artist and neuroscientist, Tamara brings a unique perspective to her innovative work making mindfulness more accessible and practical. Tamara is the author of three mindfulness books (including What Colour is your Dragon with Raquel Lhullier). Using a brain-based approach to mindfulness, Tamara’s training crosses across generations and contexts. Starting with the brain in mind means we can be sure we are training the right networks to make a real difference and be resilient when needed. Training in how to be ok (even when things are not) by getting to know and love all your dragons.
