Dr Lindsay Browning is a Chartered Psychologist, neuroscientist and sleep expert. She offers sleep therapy and consultancy services through her private practice, Trouble Sleeping. She offers CBT-i, which is the gold standard treatment for people struggling with insomnia, as well as advice for improving children’s sleep and for athletes wanting to improve their sleep health.
In addition to helping individuals, Dr Browning also offers corporate sleep and wellbeing talks and workshops plus advice on managing sleep during shift work. She has worked with organisations such as the police and the NHS on shift pattern scheduling and optimising sleep on shift work. She also works with schools to provide education to children about the health and wellbeing benefits of getting a good night’s sleep. She is also the Sleep Ambassador for And So To Bed.
Dr Browning’s doctoral thesis was on research investigating and treating insomnia. She is passionate about helping people of all ages to sleep well. As a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a member of the British Sleep Society and a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, she is a well qualified and respected professional in the field.
