In the last 8 years, Dana has worked with leadership teams across the globe such as Credit Suisse, Dropbox, KPMG and Zara on how to be more effective, fulfilled and happier at work. Dana is also a member of the British Parliament’s Global Mindfulness Consultation Group which aims to embed Mindfulness into wider society. Please see her video, Bee Mindful, which demonstrates her vision.
After experiencing first-hand the difficulties involved during her high-flying career, Dana decided to change direction and specialise in developing practical Mindfulness training for professionals in high-stress and fast-paced environments. Her unique methodologies have been developed through extensive academic research and testing, and have been scientifically proven to significantly improve employee wellbeing, leadership skills and overall team productivity.
Additionally, Dana offers a unique diversity and inclusion programme, ‘Mind your Bias’, which focuses on identifying and counteracting unconscious bias at work. Her mission is to enable equal opportunities, overcome limiting beliefs and self-judgment, and empower talented people to reach their full potential by espousing the virtues of courage, openness, compassion and resilience.
