Annabelle has a career in the acting world (think Shameless, Call the Midwife, The Village); as well as the world of complementary therapy.
In her session Annabelle will explain how attuned touch and words can reach the essence of who we are by creating a safe holding space in which unconscious tensions soften. This allows feelings and insights to surface as muscles relax which have been keeping in/back/down feelings which at some point in time we needed to suppress or hide. Think of the old ‘stiff upper lip’, ‘big boys don’t cry’; and you can probably feel an immediate response in your own body.
