Time for the mind

Alex is dedicating the first half of 2020 to building a community of men who know how to deal with the pressures of their lives and understand how to thrive despite the ups and downs.  The big message is that we are not alone, that everyone has tough times and that being connected to others offers perspective, hope and ways forward.

The Mindful Compass is partly named due to the way Alex uses a compass and pen in his usual mindful creativity workshops and courses.  Last year he realised there is no need to limit yourself in terms of what you use to make these sacred patterns and designs, and so began the nature mandala sessions.  Often combined with a mindful walk to collect materials, these are a great way to spend time as a team or in a community setting.
