- MINDFULNESS IN CHILDREN & EDUCATION -

There are alarming statistics that 1 in 10 children will suffer from mental health issues during their school lives.  In families and in the education sector mindfulness can be a great way to support young people and  give them tools to promote better mental health for their lives.

It also offers a way to open a dialogue around mental and emotional wellbeing.  Our event brings different expert speakers and service providers together giving visitors a chance to better understand and compare the ideas and organisations working in this field.
