Russell Grant

Russell is best known for his work in astrology, but did you know it started as a hobby? A public presentation to Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother changed his career direction from classically trained actor to astrologer in 1978. Since then he has enjoyed a successful career including West End Theatre, starring in musicals, pantomimes, comedy and television. Russell’s professional dream came true when given the opportunity to dance with Flavia Cacace on the BBC’s top-rated series Strictly Come Dancing (2011) earning the couple a BAFTA nomination for TV Highlight of the Year.

Alongside his numerous filming commitments Russell has written over seventy books on Astrology his latest an adult colouring book, ‘The Art of Astrology’ specifically aimed at people with Dementia and their carers: it included a chapter on the power of colour.

Russell has practiced Meditation and Psychic/Intuitive Development for more than 25 years.
