Natalie is the writer of relationships and self-esteem website, Baggage Reclaim (www.baggagereclaim.co.uk), and author and self-publisher of five self-help books. Her mindfulness-led approach has helped hundreds of thousands of people to unpack and declutter their emotional baggage so that they can reclaim their true selves and enjoy more fulfilling experiences.
In her previous life, Natalie spent over a decade working in various media roles in the UK and Ireland, whilst also struggling with low self-esteem which manifested itself in toxic relationships, people pleasing and other self-destructive behaviours. When she hit rock bottom and was also given a poor prognosis for a serious health condition, she experienced an awakening. She used the insights and lessons she learned to not only rapidly transform her life but committed herself to making a difference to those who have experienced abandonment, trauma and low self-worth.
Natalie’s been sharing her message for over 12 years and was declared in remission 8 months into her journey. A big proponent of journaling, her intuitive tools and practices around feelings diaries, unsent letters, forgiveness, beliefs and self-soothing, help users in becoming emotionally available and connected to their inner voice and core values. She runs workshops, talks, and online courses alongside her writing and speaking work, and is also the relationship columnist for In The Moment magazine.
