Michael Miller is co-founder of the London and New York Meditation Centres, with his partner Jillian Lavender. Michael has taught Vedic Meditation full-time since 2007.

Widely regarded as one of the leading experts in his field, and with over 15 years’ experience, Michael divides his time between London and New York.

In 2003 while Michael was living in Los Angeles and managing the creative department of an entertainment magazine, he started to feel the impact of working and playing hard. Soon after, he learned to meditate with leading Vedic teacher Thom Knoles, and immediately experienced a positive change in energy and productivity. After years of studying in the U.S and India, Michael turned to full-time teaching, and in 2008, set up the London and New York Meditation Centres with his partner, Jillian Lavender.

Over the last decade, Michael has spoken about meditation to thousands of people, with talks at Yale, the New York City Police Department, Wall Street law firms and London-based tech companies, entrepreneur organizations and NGO’s. He has personally taught more hundreds of people to meditate.
