Jules spent 10 years as a metropolitan police officer working in various departments and roles. She left the police in 2015 and further developed her Equality, Diversity, Inclusion credentials whilst working for an LGBT Charity she specialised in advancing LGBT Inclusion in the workplace by working closely with over 50 organisations from a variety of sectors, including STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths), construction, property, financial services and professional bodies. She has delivered training, facilitated workshops, been a panel speaker & spoken at various workplace conferences all within the realms of diversity and inclusion, including mental health. Jules, along with her business partner Emma Nixey, co-founded The Inclusion Initiative, who are committed to reducing the stigma and raising awareness of mental health in the workplace.
