Frankie is a therapist, consultant and trainer in the UK and is the owner/guide of the Walkinginspirit mindful walking retreat. He is also a journalist and runs a smallholding and refuge in Asturias called “Pomar” .
When in the UK he works with a community benefit organisation called "Inspirit" as coordinator of service user involvement in drug & alcohol services in the London Borough of Islington. He also facilitates an NHS England project to improve patient participation within healthcare in London prisons and trains Health & Social Care staff in Motivational Interviewing
Frankie has a great love of the natural world and enjoys guiding mindful walking groups in the wilderness, travelling and pursuing his interests in natural spirituality, philosophy, shamanism and mythology.

A presentation and reflection about the relationship between mind and being in the light of experiences with the Kogi Indians of Colombia and some implications and tips for mindful practice.
