Dr Trudi Edginton is a Clinical Psychologist and Lecturer in Counselling Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience at City, University of London. Trudi has extensive clinical experience working in the NHS at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital and Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge working with individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury, Hydrocephalus and Spina bifida, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Dementia and individuals requiring critical care. Trudi focuses specifically on assessing and responding to cognitive and emotional difficulties using mindfulness based interventions and improving access to mindfulness across the lifespan. Trudi is also a CBT therapist and mindfulness teacher and she has published and presented her research in International Journals and conferences.
