After an 18 year career in business, design and primary teaching, Anna Wille has trained extensively in Mindfulness with respected teachers, and is qualified to teach MBCT, dot.b, paws.b and K-12. Over the last 3 years she has taught over 500 hours of Mindfulness to more than 2000 adults and children. She runs stress-reducing retreats in Cornwall, Portugal and Zanzibar and has combined her Mindfulness knowledge with her previous people development experience, to create a unique Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching programme, working 1:1 with clients to help them achieve their aspirations.
Last year Anna was invited by Findel LDA to create 'Mindfulness Shuffle'; 50 Activities for teachers and parents to help children develop their Emotional Literacy/Intelligence.
Anna is a mother of 3 children aged 11-16 and is a parenting coach, for Parent Gym, part of The Mind Gym. Anna is currently writing a book on how to use Mindfulness and other tools, to help yourself get back on track.
