With 28 years experience as a project manager, facilitator, trainer, and coach in international, community and business development in London, Africa, Bristol and Gloucestershire, Ruth founded Look Again in 2012 to blend her skills with photography to help improve the health and wellbeing of both people and planet.
Having used photography, mindfulness and walking in nature in her own recovery from mental health difficulties, she decided to put her experience to good use, and to build the next phase of her career collaborating with a wide range of clients to share her vision for a greener, fairer and healthier world. In 2018, in recognition for her work, she was accepted as a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
Clients include Canon, The National Trust, The University of the West of England, The University of South Wales, Kevin McCloud's (Grand Designs) HabHousing, Gloucestershire County Council, Lambeth Borough Council, and many other charities, businesses, schools and organisations.
Ruth is a member of Gloucestershire’s Good Mental Health Group and a member of the Creativity and Media Constellation of global organisation Rising Women Rising World. She also runs workshops and training on using mindful photography for visual storytelling and as a tool for re-visioning and adapting to the uncertain future that we are all facing.
Ruth loves to co-create with like-minded photographers, filmmakers, therapists, health and wellbeing practitioners, coaches and other specialists. Do contact her to explore opportunities.
