Mo is the founder & CEO of The Happiness Planner. She creates tools that help people live a happier and more fulfilled life by embracing the power of positive thinking, mindfulness, gratitude, and self-development. Born in Thailand, a Buddhist country, Mo grew up with a traditional Tiger mother and a western-minded entrepreneur and national-athlete father. Her Dad was her life coach and mentor who inspired her to develop love and passion for personal development and psychology since a young age. Driven to succeed and to do work that truly fulfils her, Mo was determined since little to one day inspire people to live a purpose and passion driven life and to find happiness from within.
Mo gave birth to the idea of The Happiness Planner after she was told by her blog’s readers that what they really needed was to learn how to be more positive and happier. She realised that even though there’re many books out there about happiness and positive thinking, what the market needed and what people need is a tool that could help them successfully change their patterns, attitude, and mindset. We need to practice the new way of thinking, feeling, and doing things over and over until it goes into our subconscious mind and become a part of who we are. Today, over 100,000 copies of The Happiness Planner has been sold. And it is going to be translated to over 35 languages and distributed worldwide in the coming year.
