Mindfulness For Professionals
Megan Halewood is the Health & Wellness Lead for Mindfulness for Professionals.  She graduated from Edinburgh University in 2012 with a degree in Psychology, after which she lived abroad for two years, teaching English in Vietnam and travelling across South Asia and Australia.

In 2015 Megan returned to the UK and started working for The Webinar Vet, advancing to Head of Client Relationships within two years. During this time, she completed her 200-hour Adult Yoga Teacher training and Children’s Yoga Training through Yoga Alliance and took a great interest in The Webinar Vet’s Mindfulness Series with Dr Mike Scanlan.  In 2017 Megan hosted our second Mindfulness Series with Mike and set up a Meditation Membership for the vets which she co-hosted with Dr Mike Scanlan one Sunday a month.  

Megan’s Mindfulness and Meditation practice has become a part of her every day routine and plays an important part in all of her yoga classes.  She is a great advocate for Mindfulness and is passionate about sharing the techniques she has learnt with as many people as possible so that they too can reap the benefits.
