Lisa made the decision to become a coach after feeling as though her own life was falling apart: her marriage had ended, she was unhappy in her job as an accountant and she found herself in a negative relationship. So Lisa decided that the time was right to take responsibility for her own life and start to feel good!
Now based in Northamptonshire, Lisa works with individuals and organisations all over the world assisting them to tap into their authentic selves, increase confidence and feel good. Her leading work is based upon the importance of feeling good and using mindfulness practice to raise your vibration.
