Working with Dr Tamara Russell, Juliet is researching and writing a new book on the science of intention. Intention Matters is due to be published in late 2018.
After working as Learning and Development specialist for the police, Juliet focused on leadership development. An early adopter of mindfulness in the workplace, over the last ten years Juliet has been a driving force in encouraging the uptake of mindfulness training in organisations in the UK, Europe and US.
In recent years Juliet has acted as an expert advisor to the Mindfulness Initiative, a government think tank on Mindfulness. She has authored popular books on mindfulness at work and mindful leadership.
Working in the UK, Netherlands and USA, Juliet designs and delivers mindfulness programs tailored for busy people in demanding roles. She co-developed and co-delivers Chartered Management Institute (CMI) validated WorkplaceMT mindfulness trainer training program.
Juliet acts as a supervisor/ mentor to new and aspiring mindfulness at work teachers. She also provides 1:1 Mindful leadership coaching programs for leaders who would like to become more mindful in their approach to leadership.

The word intention comes from the Latin, intentitus “a stretching toward.” Your conscious or unconscious intentions underpin everything you do. Evidence is accumulating to support the importance of intention as a cognitive skill that can be learnt.
Using the IAM model, this practical session we will demonstrate how intention can improve your mindfulness practice, and how mindfulness can turbo charge your broader intentions for your life and career.
