"From Mindfulness to Insight"

Heather will explore the journey from mindfulness to insight and how we can tap into the freedom that is always available to us within our lives. She will share some daily life practices helping us uncover how we are caught in our habitual patterns of thought and behaviour. We then have a choice to do something different. The seeing is the doing.
