Gabrielle’s mission is to help you to worry less and enjoy your life more. For most of her life Gabrielle has been an overthinker and an over worrier, letting it get in the way of her really enjoying what was going on around her. Until she discovered positive psychology. Through her own research into positive psychology, exploring and experimenting in her own life, Gabrielle has learned how we can all thrive in our lives by worrying less and experiencing more contentment, positivity, ease and joy. And it’s her knowledge and experience that she now shares, through online courses and writing, with others who get bogged down with overthinking.
Everything Gabrielle teaches is inspired by and created from proven scientific research in the field of positive psychology and her own experiences. As well as her own research she has studied with the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University, the Neuroscience Academy and the Wholebeing Institute. What Gabrielle teaches is practical, applicable, realistic and doable.
