Dr. Clarissa Hughes is the CEO and founder of The Little Breathing Space a mindfulness coaching business based in Göteborg, Sweden. She has a passion for empowering people to manage better stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia supporting them to navigate the demands of modern life with greater awareness and compassion.
Clarissa was a senior manager in large corporations in the UK and Australia for 28 years and suffered a burnout due to stress and found her way back to a calmer, more connected life through mindfulness.
She is an accredited Breathworks Mindfulness practitioner, iRest Yoga Nidra teacher, and has an academic background in human behaviour. She is the author of the best-selling book The Mindful Menopause, a regular speaker on mindfulness and its benefits and the host of A Little Breathing Space podcast.
