After an 18 year career in business, design and primary teaching, Anna Wille has trained extensively in Mindfulness with respected teachers, and is qualified to teach MBCT, dot.b, paws.b and K-12. Over the last 3 years she has taught over 500 hours of Mindfulness to more than 2000 adults and children. She runs stress-reducing retreats in Cornwall, Portugal and Zanzibar and has combined her Mindfulness knowledge with her previous people development experience, to create a unique Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching programme, working 1:1 with clients to help them achieve their aspirations.
Last year Anna was invited by Findel LDA to create 'Mindfulness Shuffle'; 50 Activities for teachers and parents to help children develop their Emotional Literacy/Intelligence.
Anna is a mother of 3 children aged 11-16 and is a parenting coach, for Parent Gym, part of The Mind Gym. Anna is currently writing a book on how to use Mindfulness and other tools, to help yourself get back on track.

Anna Wille, who has taught mindfulness to almost 3000 3-16 year olds across South London, will share simple activities which can help children develop their emotional intelligence, by becoming more self-aware, self-motivated, empathetic and self-confident, as well as developing self-regulation and social skills.

"Mindfulness for Mental Health in Teens"
In this session Anna, who has taught the MiSP’s ‘dot.b’ course to hundreds of teenagers in schools across South London, will share her experience of how teenagers benefit from understanding how their brain works, and from learning simple mindful breathing techniques, to reduce stress and anxiety. She will explain why the teen brain acts as it does and why mindfulness is key in helping them grow up happy, in and out of school. She will share tactics to help parents or teachers develop their teenagers’ emotional intelligence mindfully.
