Andrew McNeill has been practicing mindfulness for 8 years. He is an accredited Breathworks Mindfulness trainer and is Breathworks’ senior workplace trainer and corporate advisor. Andrew is also the workplace policy lead and projects advisor for the Mindful Initiative, the charity that emerged from the UK Parliament’s All Party Parliamentary Group on Mindfulness, to support The application of mindfulness nationally. Andrew was co-author of ‘Building the case for Mindfulness in the Workplace’ (2017). He also works as a programme management leadership and assurance consultant.

Having achieved a law degree, Andrew joined the Civil Service and worked there for approximately 20 years predominantly in project and programme management. Andrew has brought Mindfulness into his senior leadership roles at the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), Transport for London and the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, where he integrated mindfulness into the culture of a major delivery programme.

Andrew is now working to bring mindfulness into the workplace, training individuals and teams and delivering local courses to introduce people to mindfulness.
