The Mindful Compass

The Mindful Compass provides sessions to create space for companies, teams, groups or individuals.  Space means both place and time to step into the present moment, a mental space, a creative space and a space to connect with others.

Offerings include mandala-making and storytelling courses, workshops and events.

The mandala course involves the use of a compass and pen, or natural materials, often collected during a nature walk at a nearby park or green space.

The storytelling course is a series of workshops to facilitate the sharing of personal stories from the attendees’ lives, often leading up to a storytelling event at the end of the course.

From autumn 2019, Alex will also run Mindfulness and Compassion courses for life transitions.
