THE MINDFUL WAY THROUGH STRESS AND ANXIETY
Part of being human is experiencing feelings of stress and anxiety. However when these feelings overwhelm us it can be debilitating and hard to understand. Whilst stress affects everyone differently, there are many common symptoms and things that we can do to prevent serious symptoms developing.
The Mental Health Foundation, who appeared at our 2017 London Show, has published a report highlighting the steps to take when you are feeling stressed which include, as well as eating healthily and exercise, taking time out to relax and being mindful.
