Time for the mind

Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom (FDCW)

Stand: A2

FDCW was established in London in 2005 with the mission to enable positive personal and social change through educational programmes and resources based on universal human values.

Through our programmes our vision is to create a more peaceful, compassionate and sustainable world built on long-lasting personal and social change.

Our first programme was 16 Guidelines for a Happy Life, launched in 2009 with the book 16Guidelines: The Basics and Ready Set Happy an online resource to teach 16G to children. In 2017, we launched our first app: 16 Guidelines for a Happy Life and in 2018 we are launching the 16G Study Kit, a 5-week online study programme.

In 2017 we also launched The a.r.t. of Fulfilment action, reflection, transformation. The course is designed to help you review your life and relationships, and in doing so gain a more holistic sense of yourself to release your deeper human potential. Taster sessions and courses will be running throughout 2018.

FDCW is a UK registered charity with an international reach and worldwide community. In just 12 years our programmes have reached thousands of people in 23 countries.
