THE 'reconnect' HOME RETREAT
Our newly launched, Mindful Living Experience Home Retreat will take place online over a weekend, on Saturday and Sunday morning.
Whether you are completely new to mindfulness or have been practising for a while, you will find inspiration, learn and be able to try out new practices from the comfort of your own home, with our experts. All you need is a device to listen or watch on, with access to the internet.
